The new owners of this tired 1950’s ranch style home were looking to make a complete transformation into a classic, but very modern, mountain retreat for family and friends. The ambitious plans included a full gut out renovation of the structure including all mechanicals, windows, doors and exterior finishes the addition of a full 2nd floor, a sleeping porch and 3rd floor tower room almost doubling the size of the house to 6000sqft.
