Additional space was needed for a rapidly growing physical therapy business. The project involved constructing a 1700 square foot addition on to a commercial building while business continued without a hitch.
A rapidly growing physical therapy business needed additional space. The new space included an ADA bath, office, and two large therapy areas. The main therapy room was built with true style and plenty of flair. High ceilings with lots of windows for natural light, colorful finishes and a ceiling cove detail with LED lighting for a dramatic effect. Specialty rubber flooring was installed. State-of-the-art HVAC, lighting and audio/video systems were essential to the ‘feel’ of the new space. The exterior and the entrance in to the new space needed to blend and complement the original design of the existing building.
